Heavy halo Sun
Sphere of life
In a deathly void…

Fading like the fire
You fought so hard to feed…

Callused hands wrapped
Around rusty bars of iron…

Save every penny
Lick it and savor
The coppery flavor…

Heavy footsteps on Martian soils
A rusty sky, a path that coils…

Sound drowning
In rain falling…

Are you cold?
The dead don’t make fire
(Although they can catch it)
So you might be cold…

City in the distance
Grass beneath our feet…

Sleeping flower by the bank…

With a planetary ring around your finger
And a moon by your side…
